The Comedian hid behind guns, and would mostly only fight women or old people. There's no way he would beat another man in their prime in a fight.

Night Owl and Rorshach were quite the formidable duo when they were working together.

The two of them putting their heads together would definitely be able to outfox the comedian. They aren't likely to out muscle him though.

You don't consistently win 1v2 against people who know what they're doing. Ozymandias only pulls it off because he breaks the fuck out of the whole "world where Dr Manhatten is god and everyone else is a normal human" thing by having superpowers

A part of me wants to say Nite Owl could solo him, but when I think about it, Nite Owl and Rorschach went down way faster versus Ozy than Comedian did, so maybe that's not quite on the money afterall.

Then again, it's also possible that Ozy is just so overpowered that the comparison is meaningless, or he wanted to make it look like a random burglary and that was why it took longer, or something.
