Finally got all retail stores and bars/restaurants reopened. Movie theaters and fun centers like bowling/mini golf are starting to get more customers. MLB Games in every city will have fans in the stadiums for the whole season.

Things are back to normal!!!

I miss going to Hockey and baseball games.
Went to a movie yesterday for the first time in a year. I kind of enjoyed it being empty over the way it use to be.
But I do want concerts,restaurants and bars back.

I was at a bar on Friday night and they had a live band playing. I forgot how fucking awesome live music is.

I don't know how it's going to work. A year ago, my son was young enough to stay in his car seat while we went to a restaurant. Now, I don't know how he'll be able to stay in his seat for that long.

Eh, may be done but I'll err on the side of caution. I feel like it's going to get a lot worse one more time with people lying about getting vaccinations and shitheads walking around spewing on things during this lift.

But, I live out in the middle of nowhere so lockdown or no doesn't really effect me much in the first place.

This, too. If we actually had anything close to a real lockdown it likely wouldn't have been as bad as it was in the US.

I dunno about everywhere else but Washington State had a full lock down with only essential businesses allowed to stay open. That eased up with more retail stores being open, but anything related to "entertainment" just reopened in the past week.

This. I'm still not going out unless it's absolutely necessary, and I'm still wearing a mask the rare times I do go out. Anyone who thinks things are back to "normal" or will be soon are delusional.

Part of my country just went back in to one on the weekend. And I'm not at all convinced that it won't end up needing to be extended to other parts.

Yeah, I feel like watching how this is going the past year it's been:

Stay away from gatherings, things get better--Hey, things are better! Let's all celebrate--Oh shit, things are worse again back inside--Hey things are better! over and over again and we can't seem to learn from it.

In Colorado things have been open for quite some time.
