Come on Bandai-Namco.... How could you do this!! The best stuff that is underground in popularity is Japan-only!!?? Grrr.

There's a pretty famous video translation on Youtube created by a GameFAQs user that's been around for a decade.
It's a good game tbh. Played it ages ago.
If I remember correctly something about the source is encrypted so you can't do a traditional translation of it. Same with Tales of Destiny 2.

Apparently they are still subbing ToD2 until this day.

PS games had to be edited directly in order to translate. Replacing the Japanese with English basically. SNES games they could just run a patch that would overwrite the Japanese.

the first one was but I've never played the other 2

fun making a char with the mutiple class system that used skills from the cast and having cast as team mates

I think that 3 eventually got a translation.
I played the English version of 1 and completed all of the content in 2 and 3 without any translation.
Series was way different before the modern gaming era.
I think I still have the RM2 save data contribution.
