Cyndaquil's short appearance looked like he'll always have the flames, which makes me believe Quilava and Typhlosion might too.

Which means they're back to being the greatest pokemon of all time, instead of being maybe the most poorly done by the transition to 3D models.

Grass/Ghost vs pure Fire with no kill moves and pure Water with a smaller move pool

Because it's Shinnoh and Fire types were rare the I expect it to be the hard option while Grass will be the Normal option and Water the easy option because Shinnoh had a shitload of pokemon capable of taking out grass types

It could be have been cool if they had multiple sets of mixed three starters where before the game starts you choose which set to choose from

This, the flameless versions were shit.

I don't care if the other two are technically better... flame weasel is best.
