Fun little theory that I came across. The reason Dr. Strange hasn't been involved, despite this being the kind of thing he told Tony he dealt with, he and Agatha showed up around the same time and she turned him into Scratch. I don't actually expect this to hold any truth but thought it was kind of funny.
