"You MUST leave for 8 hours every day except for Sunday! No lazy people!" "MUST have a good sense of humor. If you won't be laughing at my jokes at least out of kindness, you are not welcome." I'm actually looking to rent a place before my travel job begins and I would have gladly paid him several months in advance (at the time that I read this since my job starts in a month now) but since he's a weirdo I wonder if he will get anyone's business. Why the hell would I pay rent to basically live with someone toxic? And how would he know if I leave 8 hours a day or not?
