Got both doses (Pfizer).

Side effects were painful arm, fitful sleep, and a bit of shaking when I'd wake up in the middle of the night from said fitful sleep. All went away after a day.

on topic, the vaccine is way better than the infection if catch it (makes it not put you in hospital hopefully).

Pfizer, first dose I started experiencing arm soreness about 6 hours after the shot and that lasted about 36 hours.

Second dose about 12 hours after I felt feverish and had a mean headache, went away after 24 hours.

I know three people that have gotten the two doses of the Pfizer. One felt nothing both days, one felt bad the second day, one felt bad both days. Each bad feeling lasted one day and felt normal after.

Seems worth it to avoid death and spreading death.

Arm still hurts though.

I got both Moderna doses.

The first dose I felt slightly more tired the following day and my arm was mildly sore for about 36 hours. These were mild inconveniences. I also was in the bathroom a lot with diherea, but that might be unrelated. If I hadn't gotten the shot I wouldn't have thought anything of my symptoms other than the arm pain.

The second shot I thankfully took the following day off from work. I had a mild fever, and I was so exhausted I was tripping over my own feet. I slept for almost the entire day. Felt queasy. Arm hurt about twice as much as the first time but wasn't a big deal. Felt normal the day after that other than getting sleepy easily.

2 weeks later and no lasting side effects.

I got the Moderna one

I just had a sore arm for about 2 days and no other effects from the first dose

second dose laid me out a bit. Sore arm, fever, chills, malaise, headache and loss of appetite. At the worst I got a little nausea and vomited a bit out of my empty stomach. Pretty much all in a 24 hour period (2nd day) and was resolved by the next morning on the 3rd day

I got my first dose of the Pfizer vaccine this morning.

Got it at 8 and felt fine for a while, then started feeling kind of loopy and fatigued around my noon lunchtime, and became nauseated when I tried to eat. Took a nap and woke up with some muscle soreness in the upper body, particularly in my neck and shoulders, as well abdominal pain and soreness in my arm. I haven't developed a fever but I was running a few degrees warmer than I normally do, which tends to be on the cooler side. Back to normal on that now though.

Overall, it isn't anything too intense but it hasn't exactly been fun. The nausea made me think of being drunk, something I haven't felt in over a year and a half, so that was unpleasant. The muscle soreness sucks but I've had DOMS that was way worse tbh, though it did keep me from doing much today. My arm still hurts and I'm a little achy but other than that, I'm good and just super ready for bed.

Got first dose of Pfizer a couple weeks ago, arm felt like it had been shrekt for half a day.

Weirdest one was that my left calf muscles felt really tense and sore and cramped for a couple of days but I guess people are reporting stuff like that

I woke up feeling much better but I went out for a run and my legs just weren't there for me today. They weren't sore or anything but they felt so heavy, like I was wearing ankle weights or something. Walking was manageable enough but I ended up only going for a couple of miles and headed home.

I've had both, second one about a week ago. Mine was Pfizer, and the first dose's only side effect was a sore arm for ~2 days.

The second dose had a sore arm (though weirdly less sore than the first time) and joint pain--a weird stiffness and mild pain in my ankles, spine, shoulder, elbows, wrists, fingers, knees, hips, and toes. It wasn't constant and seemed to fluctuate, but that was the noteworthy side effect. Lasted about 2 days again, but now I'm all good.

Both times, I got a bit of a headache, but it went away when I drank a bunch of water.

Got both of Pfizer. First was nothing, like a flu shot. Second was like being beaten by an angry dockworker with a crowbar. I was wrecked for multiple days. Based on the experiences of people at my facility, the first dose is nothing, the second dose is about 50% likely to wreck your shit.

@metralo well, based on the science you have an about 99.5% chance of living so its not like instant death if you dont get it.

the vaccine or covid.

the covid is far riskier. if get the shot and get covid symptoms are lessened so one doesn't die from it.

im a healthy young buck. If I got the rona, Im confident Id survive. Getting the vaccine ensures I expose myself to some potential nasty side effects . Not getting it, maybe I dont even get the rona and nothing bad to experience.

I'll take my chances socially distancing, wearing the mask, and eating and living healthy to boost my immune system. Instead of taking this untrusted vaccine directly into my body. We don't even know the long term effects of the vaccines

I hope more people consider this instead of risking to the vaccine which we don't know the long term effects we have more than one option. Consider all options.

I started having pain in my shoulders and knees last night and it got worse today. I do have a bum left knee that acts up during the rain (which we've had past few days) but my shoulders and right knee hardly ever bother me, so I'm thinking it's the vaccine. I'm also still fatigued, all this despite taking it easy since Thursday. I was zapped after just cooking lunch and doing some light cleaning today.

Hoping to kick this because I got shit to do this upcoming week. Also becoming a bit anxious about the second dose and what that could do to me, though I'm definitely still getting it.

Had both Pfizer shots. Arm discomfort at the source is all I got. Had no other symptoms. Most coworkers said they were either really tired or had 24 fever and chills. Maybe I was tired more idk.

I hate needles yet I'm looking forward to my turn. Even if it's not 100%, if I catch COVID its severity will be severely lowered; I dunno about y'all but I'd rather feel crummy for a couple days than have to go to the hospital.

Woke up feeling pretty great today, so I did a 40 minute calisthenics circuit and ran a mile to test things out. Handled both back to back with no problems, so I think I'm back to normal. Well, until I get the second dose, at least <_<
