It's a foreign film. The rules are different.

The US government cannot mandate censorship of foreign films. It was a supreme court ruling from the 1950s. Child porn can still be barred. But the US government cannot mandate the censorship of non-pornographic child nudity in foreign films released in the US.

I think he means the government can't force hbo max to censor it. They could if they wanted to though.

Yes, yes. If anyone cares, the government probably knows that I treat the animated versions of The Lion King and 101 Dalmatians like softcore porn. If they pay attention to my post history, they know that I only advocate these things when a character is of human intelligence. Also, it's fiction. There are no real dogs, horses, cats, etc. in my photo files.

Like you said, it's non sexualized. Little boys regularly walk around with no pants in parts of Asia. It was like that where my parents grew up.

One of the movies I watched a lot as a kid was Dragon Ball Tree of Might. There's a scene where Gohan is completely naked, and I remember that they censored it in the American version.

Don't know why Americans have to turn everything into some weird pedo shit. I'm not saying I'm for seeing that stuff in movies, but it's not as crazy as some of you think it is.
