Im mostly familar with normal cardemon in pastries xD. Ive bever used it in cooking myself. Most of what I ordrered Ive never used, several things never tasted, some of them never heqrd of.

Rip i need some kombu and Bonito flakes so bad, haven't been able to go to the asian market in forever and its expensive online

Good luck with making garam masala! I ordered some for the first time recently and realized itd probably have been better to make myself

Not sure. But Im gonna try a Swedish chefs chicken garam masala recipie first. He is a top chef and is one of the judges in Swedish Masterchef, he is half Indian so its authentic. Then Im mostly gonna try out different stuff. Prob make vindaloo quite soon after.
