I'm like 6 hours in. The feels man. It kind of reminds me of Doki Doki Literature club, but sad instead of scary.

Can't say I got much of a DDLC vibe from it, though.

Picked it up after hearing about it in the game challenge thread, haven't started yet though. What I heard did remind me of DDLC so I'm looking forward to it.

Played a couple hours of this, I can already tell this game is going to hit me like a bag of bricks later. I beat the space pirate guy and now I'm just wandering around a bit.

I figured out what the hangman letters probably spell and I don't like it at all.

I got to the part where I went to sleep. The tonal shift is just so intensely jarring.

Im curious if the fights when you are awake matter at all. I ran out of healing items because I spent all my money on stupid crap and couldnt figure out how to heal. Actually got an achievement for losing a fight

Got to day 2. Found two secret areas that I have no idea what to do with. Also beat THE SWARM OF BEARS HOLY CRAP SO MANY BEARS.

By far my favorite part of this game is how it keeps me on my toes by jumping from hilarious absurdity to soul crushingly dark. I can never be completely settled.... And I kind of like that.

I really like games that do something completely different, but this game has really been something else. Its like someone mixed Earthbound with Bojack Horseman.

Yeah, that sequence was the point where it went from very good to something special, for me (also emotionally devastating.)

I happened to have a save from the end of the prologue which makes the chance of me doing the combat focused route go from near zero to plausible. But probably going to wait a few months

I bought it just now. It sounds promising. Why the hell is it 1.7 gigs. I am on cellphone WiFi this will literally never finish.

I watched a couple turns of the very first boss fight. The music has a cool weird vibe to it. I have heard that it is very sad. Characters have emotions in combat, that's interesting too. I'm interested in seeing what that's all about. My good game senses are tingling, hope they're right!
