He has an autobiography where he talks about abusing women.

Evan Rachel Wood has also been trying to change laws to help other victims of Manson as she has recorded evidence of his abuse that can't be used for their court cases.

There's also like 5 other women who have come out about his abuse.

I mean...this is not coming out of the blue. She has stated this story before, but would refuse to name the person. People did point to Marilyn Manson due to the timeline of the abuse. He was questioned about it a few months ago by a reporter and Marilyn just shut them out refusing to answer.

Itll be pretty much impossible for him to make any more music in the vein that hes done for the last 30 years since now we know he probably really thinks/does those things. He should either retire (which is overdue anyway since an old ass shock rocker is awkward as fuck) or only write childrens TV show jingles from here on out.

Can he actually be arrested for any of this or is it more of a trial/execution by media?

Stop. There are at least 5 women who have gone public about this. Wood has been testifying in court years ago trying to change sexual assault laws by sharing her story. Which I guarantee you will not watch and will instead jump to conclusions.

They said, Well, you can try to change the law. Inspired by that challenge, Wood worked to create the Phoenix Act. The law extends the statute of limitations on domestic violence felonies from three to five years, as well as requiring police officers to undergo more training on the issue of intimate partner violence. Wood came forward with her survivor story in 2018, releasing a video statement explaining why she wouldnt name her abuser and testifying before Congress on behalf of the Sexual Assault Survivors Bill of Rights. Bad things can happen to you, but you can rise out of the ashes. That is exactly why I named it the Phoenix Act, said Wood. I do believe that you can come back from tragedy, sometimes even stronger than you were before.
