Biden compared to Trump is like when a dictator gets booted out by some reformer in a European or Middle Eastern country.

Not great, but he might as well be a messiah in comparison to what was in place before.

I'm pretty sure the reformer usually turns out worse.

It depends. Look at Uzbekistan or Oman. Both countries were pretty repressive, and then they got a new president/sultan and the progressive policies are flying off the shelves.

I'd worry more about the fact that this is happening in the US of all countries rather than the usual examples of 3rd world, or pretend democracies in central Europe.

Politician is a hypocrite, more at 10.

The bigger concern is what he does with it. And as far as that goes, it's very unlikely he can be worse than the last guy.
