Since student loan payments are halted right now, will I get the refund this time?

I was able to do my refund for 2019 (in 2020) and I got the money, but since this is for a 2018 return will the fact that student loan payments are halted be negated? Or will it process as if it was 2018 now?

In other words will it go to my loan or me.

Treasury offsets are currently suspended so you should get it even if your student loan is in default

Okay thank you I thought there would be some bullshit like "yes they are suspended HOWEVER since it's a 2018 return, we only follow laws from 2018 in this matter"

Fucking bitches lol.

My next question if anyone sees this is, since the IRS delayed tax season until Feb 12, I had my 2018 professionally submitted by a tax preparer a few weeks ago.

Will it not begin processing until Feb 12th or is it processing now since the return is a few years old?
