Yes.

The driving is bad and there is some questionable writing here and there, but its a good open-world Deus Ex style game.

Game is definitely an 8/9 out of 10 when everything is working like it should, but there are under lying developmental issues that may or may not be able to be fixed when it's all said and done. Preventing it from being as good as The Witcher 3, or even imo, The Witcher 2.

It's still a solid game though.

I think what I actually dislike most about all the problems is that they completely overshadow the game itself, which has some faults but in a normal video game world, this game is very good, but a sequel could actually be a best game of all time. But will it ever have a sequel after the fallout of all the issues?

I mean, I'm playing on a standard Xbox One and I'm having a great time. I haven't had too many technical issues I feel, and there are some flaws, but yeah, it's just a good time imo.
