Admittedly, fetish mods are nothing new to Fallout. Hell, most of my mod loadout for New Vegas (and Skyrim) is basically porn.

Apparently, some of you have forgotten that you can buy Clover in Fallout 3 to act as your companion, and she is a literal sex slave, exploding collar & all. In the base game, made by Bethesda.

I talked to one of the creators of this mod. He's probably still a kid in his early twenties, thats not an excuse but its a cause for some of this.

I can't say for sure but they may have patched out that slavery option in a hotfix. There's ways to do that and not have it just look like blatant fetish bait and they failed.

People seem to say the mod is really fun overall it's the story and dialogue that's kinda iffy.

Theyre making us re record some of the dialogue. I think they're doing rewrites but dont quote me on that. I usually improvise a bit when I record stuff but here I stuck to the script

I think the main thing is that the modders made a huge stink about not allowing a pro-Enclave faction because "it's too evil/the Enclave is like Trump" and then they include something like this lol

Yeah, there is a difference between installing the plethora of sex mods Fallout/Skyrim has and a "serious" expansion fetishising it. I don't really have any issue with the sex mods as they are solely designed for people to get off and don't pretend to be anything else so anyone trying to compare them is just being openly disingenuous.

And slavery in fallout is fine in of itself, but ways to do it that aren't just blatant fetishism as evident in this conversation and ending screen. It is a bad thing and you can show that off/have the protagonist/others partaking in it be the evil bastards with abusing them if you're going to do Legion/Bandit stuff, as Obsidian didn't fetishise the Legions slavery from what I recall (but it's been so long since I did a Legion playthrough and anything other than kill them I could be wrong)
