Ostrich tastes pretty good. I think I might have tried emu once too at a fondue place. I would 100% eat a flamingo and albatross if they weren't endangered or whatever.

My opinion is on a bird-by-bird basis. Obviously emperor penguins are awesome (even without rockets), but flamingos look stupid.
