Tell no one except a lawyer and accountant. Get advice to invest and maintain it properly.

My only immediate changes would be to get a new, better apartment and any affordable car. Probably take the year off to gameplan a career path, and get back to work.

I'm leaving this state and selling my house. I'd finish my education and dedicate my time to my health and the mental health of others. I'd also make sure my family is taken care of and use some of that money to marry on of those aew wrestlers.

Distribute it amongst my family in X payments overtime and making them sign agreements not to ask for anymore or they forfeit anymore pay.

Buy a house in a decent local, dump the rest into stocks and probably keep working for now becuase I'm way to young to retire and most lifes bucket list dont take as long to complete as people think.

I wouldn't go crazy. Maybe a trip to Thailand and a trip to Africa to go on safari but other than that I'd pretty much just live middle class and play all the video games I want all day. And have a personal fitness trainer.

Hand random people on the street envelopes with a few thousand bucks in them

I would try to do everything anonymously and Id probably be so generous that Id run out of money within a few years. But I wouldnt waste it on dumb shit like a fleet of Ferraris and a mansion in every state or other dumb shit lotto winners do

Put together college funds for my niece and nephew, so my brother and his wife don't ever have to worry about their kids' education.
Buy myself a new car for the first time in my life. Nothing extravagant, mind you, just a new Camry or something sensible like that. I'm just tired of dealing with the maintenance hassles of used cars with 100k+ miles already on them.
Donate a decent amount to a few reputable charities.

After that, I find a financial advisor and put the vast majority of it into a savings portfolio and pretty much just live off of the interest. I'd leave it all in a 50/50 split to my niece and nephew in my will, or my brother if I go first.

Not much different; I'd buy my parents a pair of nice luxury automobiles and I'd pay for my sister's schooling and maybe her rent for a year. Obviously give her some bucks to invest and whatnot.
