Sadly, like most games I play, I just button smashed through the text and just kept playing. Now that I know what a greatly written game it is, I wish I hadn't done that.

With that said, it's still one of my favorite games of all time already. I fucking love it

In a time where so many games I play I find myself thinking, "This game is unfinished." Or "This game could have used some more polish before release" it's really refreshing to have a game like Hades where everything is so perfectly polished and it just sorta radiates quality.

From the dialogue, to the music, to the character interactions, every part of the game feels finished, and it's the first game where towards the end of the story I found myself thinking, "I would pay the same price for DLC that I did for the main game."

I don't know if I believe in a 10/10 score being awarded(everything has fault) but Hades is the closest game I've had to a 10/10 in a long-ass time.

They need to hurry the hell up and release it on PlayStation and Xbox, I played all of Supergiant's other games so I'm sure I will love this one too

For sure. I guess they have never done a sequel to any of their games, but Gods damn it, I so badly want to attack Mount Olympus, or maybe even win it back after Kronos gets free and takes it over.

Yeah it's real good, I love it. Every weapon feels good to play and movement and combat are just so satisfying. Lots of difficulty adjustment options that provide rewards each time you amp it up even more is great as well.

And to top it off they actually wrote a story that includes the rougelite elements of the game in the narrative? Freakin' genius

I bought it yesterday full price and I already love it. I made it to the third area and make the mistake of entering a trial of the gods. XD Between Zeus and Poseidon, I picked Zeus. Poseidon bodied my ass for that. XD

Ugh Poseidon's trial for some reason always kicks my ass so I always pick him to avoid it lol.
