I mean they're all clearly the same family. Why does that family not have a name?

Orcs and ogres seem like they're completely different from goblins and gremlins, and Trolls can be many things including orc/ogre types and goblin/gremlin types.

Qell ok actually you are right I guess. But they aren't considered fallen in that world. Just a different race of elf

And in warcraft i thought orcs were created on Draenor, a different planet and were formed out of an older race of living fungus. I read the lore once but I dont remember all the details.

Albeit, that's usually a derogatory term in some settings (like Shadowrun).

A lot of races are divided into Men or Mer(Elves). Orcs are called Orsimer because they did come from elves. In fact a lot of elves have been physically twisted in some way. Orsimer were twisted from elves when their god Trinimac was consumed by another, Boethiah, and became Malacath.

On a related note, the Dunmer(Dark Elves) were given grey skin and red eyes as a punishment from Azura, who is rather wrathful despite being one of the Daedra(sort of the gods of ES) not considered wholly evil. The Falmer(Snow Elves) were twisted by the Dwarves(actually called the Dwemer because they're a type of elf too) because they tended to be a bit pathological in their experimentation and quest for knowledge.

Other way around. Troll/elf DNA is apparently super fucking malleable in Warcraft. You have:

  • Trolls. Large variety of them depending on the biome they're in.
  • Night elves. Trolls that were exposed to the magical energies of the Well of Eternity.
  • Naga. Night elves transformed by N'zoth.
  • Satyrs. Night elves transformed by Sargeras.
  • Nightborne. Night elves that mutated due to shielding themselves from the rest of the world and living off the energies of the Nightwell for ten thousand years.
  • Fal'dorei. Nightborne that were transformed into spider-like creatures by the explosion of an arcan'dor.
  • High elves. Night elves that left Kalimdor. Changed by switching to a diurnal lifestyle and exposure to energies from the Sunwell.
  • Blood elves. High elves that were exposed to fel energy.
  • Wretched. High/blood elves that failed to control their addiction to magic and gorged on arcane/fel energy.
  • San'layn. Blood elves resurrected into vampire-like creatures by the Lich King.
  • Void elf. Blood elves infused with void energy.
And I'm sure I'm missing some.
