never understood the big breakfast. its 2000+ calories and healthline recommends you should only consume 2000 calories a day (depending on height and exercise). so enjoy that one and only meal for the day >_>

also its not very good

Uhhh...wrongo. I highly doubt any single item at McDonald's has anywhere near 2,000 calories.

Looks like just a sausage and egg biscuit that's been split up with browns on the side.

Well I mean for one thing, you got the wrong item. The other thing is that 1,340 still isn't close to 2,000 <_<

You could have both a Big Breakfast and a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes and stay near the 2K suggested limit.

That's essentially true. They just make the egg slightly different. Instead of pouring the egg mix into the mold to make a neat rectangle, the pour it directly on the grill and push it around to give it more of a scrambled egg texture.

At least McGriddles aren't even the worst bun. Comparing the Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit with the McGriddle version, apparently biscuits have more calories, fat, and sodium lol. McGriddles just have more sugar, since they're essentially little fat pancakes with the syrup inside.
