trodi_911 01/08/21 2:31:52 PM #6:	It's problem it's that it's a "jack-of-all, master-of-none" which doesn't work too well in Pokemon. It doesn't fill a role which wouldn't be better filled by another Pokemon. It's ability is very limiting needing the item slot to use it and being outright useless if you don't use the item slot. It's movepool isn't very good, limiting it to being a tank without many ways to support your team or a sturdy physical attacker with only decent base attack and speed. Lastly, the memories aren't good items having no advantage other than changing it's type. At least with Arceus, the plates also improve that type's damage. Mew may have similar stats but it also has access to so many moves, thanks to being able to learn any TM/TR, it can fill other niches.
