The law states they shouldnt even have been allowed to get to the steps of the capital anyone past that line should be charged with terrorism

For most of them, itll probably be a plea bargain with no jail time and a year or so of probation.

Not really. Inciting rebellion against the Government is not only not 1A protected but it's also Treason even if you stay home while doing it.

i edited it a bit, but yeah. by all means arrest them all. but those who were just there shouting aren't the same as those who were assaulting the guards are not the same as those who broke into the capitol. that last group should have been arrested last night, and shouldn't see daylight again for a very long time.

Nice. They should all be federally charged for this. There is a specific charge involving using force to prevent the government from working, which carries up to a twenty year prison sentence. Many of them are on film and most of them probably updated their social media accounts with selfies of them being there.

They already doxxed the guy who took the letter from Pelosis desk, but Im not sure if hes been arrested. Most of them probably think that Trump will pardon them.
