Hahaha. 2 and 23 I didn't realize he was that horrible last year. I can't remember the divisions that well for 2021 but I dont think the Wings will be dead last.

Then again I dont even know who is in that division. Dallas and Chicago and Florida and Columbus and I dunno who else... it'll be weird with everyone playing each other so much.

They realigned the divisions this season so it's all cocked over. Each team plays each team in their division 8 times and no one else because of the shortened COVID season. Carolina and Tampa are in their division so those 16 games alone should see at least 12 losses.

Oh yeah stars are actually pretty good too. Ottawa might just stack up worse in the canadian division though and its only 7 teams.

Always loved the Avalanche as a team name, even though they were easily Detroit's biggest rival in the 90s. Seattle Kraken is pretty badass also, even if the uniforms and logo are a bit disappointing.

Looks like Torchlight 3 is on Gamepass now. If you like Diablo type games, it's a lot like that. Just started playing it so I don't know what the hell i'm doing yet but seems fun so far.

Nice, yeah I think 9 of the last 10 seasons Detroit won the first game of the year, they were on home ice, I thought they were gonna have this one but they really brought their shit game to the ice. I mean it was really bad to watch. They didn't even look like they belonged in the NHL.

Kinda cool story, I'm in Alabama with the wife tonight staying with her granddad who's going through the alzheimers. I put the Wings game on the television and he sat down and watched it with me, never watched a single hockey game in his life, 92 years old. I don't know if he will even remember but he got to see it, and there was one fight during the game and he got kinda amped up and asked if they were allowed to do that. He was a football and baseball fan but never gave hockey a shot. It was pretty cool.

I had a moment like that with my paw paw. Obviously we're in Louisiana so not really a hockey state but I stayed with them for a couple months when I was in between apartments way back when. And well I was watching my Bruins because he had literally all the sports channels on his TV package and he watched a few games with me and it was great seeing him actually get into it a little bit.

He's a former basketball coach and I remember him kind of telling me how hockey reminded him of basketball especially when they were able to set up the offense on the attack as he was watching.
