What's hilarious is that, despite having exactly 5 buttons, including directions, it's still better than some games out now. Even if you're a veteran of the genre, you'll appreciate how clever it is in application.

Best tutorial in the world, simple enough for even a complete newbie to understand, and it's online.

The closest thing to "hard tech" in the game is playing Onion or Garlic. They're the Yuns of the game, but the hardest links are still at least 3 frames wide.

Onion and garlic seem more technical with the tight links and stances.

I only took a look at those two, so I can't really accurately judge the characters (all 6 of them lol) until I've tried them all for a while. They do seem good though, with strong combos and good movement.

Fought a garlic who did all these wacky dashes, but since you block just by standing he couldn't open me up. My beef did a shit ton of damage with 3 hits lol.

TBH I feel like they should take out the auto guard. Since there's no high/low mixups, and 6S jump ins won't cross up. They would just need to tweak Garlic's Sneak move to be a little slower or less safe.

Seems like Beef, maybe Pork, are the all around best. Definitely the easiest to use. I'm sticking with Onion because I need to style on people somehow.

I feel like noodle and rice seem the weakest. Teleport doesn't matter because nobody plays keepaway and blocking is set to automatic. Air grab is meh since people don't jump in my experience.

Noodle guys can be damn annoying. I played one recently who just turtled and would react to any air movement with his quick slap with a shitload of active frames, and any ground movement with his longass normals. Their range is a huge plus in a game like this where you can't punish turtling with a lot of chip from afar, or advance quickly while blocking like with air dashes.

Nah the noodle slap has some startup, it's easier to block or move away than try and anti air.

Beef seems the best. Armor, command grab, ways to make himself safe with palm. Plus he does crazy damage.

That's not normal. Can you make it to the main menu at least, or can you not do anything at all? I was having trouble with connecting to randoms before this, and I deleted the saved data, and that fixed it up.

LMFAO I had my first rage quit. I was using Garlic and I double perfected his Rice. He switched to Garlic and got perfected again, so he raged lol

Man, I cannot penetrate Pork with Onion. Only consistent method is baiting a 50/50, but failing that can end up in big damage against me.

Yeah, Onion's about as far as you can get from Potemkin, so it's messing with me a bit.

It's just really convenient to have on a browser wherever, at any time. That draws me in.
