Im referring to people who refuse to socially distance, wear a mask, refuse to go to stores that require masks, ones that say that other peoples health isnt my problem, etc.

Depends how hardcore they are

I think eating out is still fine as long as the restaurant limits people and cleans regularly. I went to one last week and there were like 14 people in a place that fits 75+. I think that's fine for example.

People that recklessly form groups of large numbers without masks is stupid though.
