It started out pretty good exploring the world and such but after you've been to every location every mission is just "fast travel to A and talk to X who tells you to fast travel to B and talk to Y. Then Talk to X again."

Take a shot every time he says "I'm De Sardet, Legate of the Merchant Congregation." You'll be drunk 2 hours in.
Its alright game, lot of back and forth traveling though. I couldn't finish it in the end because it just got repetitive and the story didn't capture me. Its basically old Bioware games like Dragon Age Origins and Kotor except you quickly realize why those types of RPGs aren't made anymore. I should note that it's eventually going to come to next-gen consoles, or maybe I should say current gen consoles, some time next year.

Spiders has gotten better with every game. Greedfall is definitely an improvement over The Technomancer. They got some better voice actors for Greedfall including at least a few that I recognized from The Witcher 3 and I think it really made a difference given that you're a diplomat and there's a lot of dialogue. The combat is nothing special but there are a few unique styles and you can mix some abilities. It's kinda clunky and it feels like they were trying to encourage a more tactical approach, but on harder difficulies it gets to be more of a hit and run action game. For a game of this scope, I think it's as good as you can expect from a AA studio.
