How do you know if the liquid inside is very hot (perfect) and not super runny? If I cook it too much it hardens and that ruins it :p

Eggs are not hardy so you don't need a high temp to cook them.
I like my eggs runny so I fry them at a higher temp. My advice is to cook at a lower temp and take your time minding the egg to get the consistancy you want. --- "He busted in, blessed be the Lord Who believe any mess they read up on a message board" -MF DOOM ... Copied to Clipboard!

I thought runny meant liquidy but more raw. I looked up pictures of runny and that is how I like them.
A friend of mine used to make "runny" eggs but those were much more raw than how I like mine. That friend was a dumbass though. So to make them runny you have to cook them at a higher temp? How do you know when to stop? --- Latest Game Completed 100% Resident Evil VII ... Copied to Clipboard!

Runny just means the yolk is hot but still liquid.
I cook them slightly higher. A flat metal spatula is what I recommend to flip the egg, if you are cooking both sides but be careful not to break the yolk. You stop when you get the egg you want. At a higher temp, you have to keep an eye on the white of the egg from crisping. some people like crispy egg whites. I do not. --- "He busted in, blessed be the Lord Who believe any mess they read up on a message board" -MF DOOM ... Copied to Clipboard!
