But when I change Fenyx from 60 to 30 then wow! Such a huge difference 30 feels all choppy to me.

30 FPS absolutely matters for newer games.
In the cases of some older games from the PS2 era and before, 30 FPS sort of disguises the limited animation of some of those games. --- Hail Hydra ... Copied to Clipboard!

I notice the difference between 60Hz and 120Hz more than I notice the difference between 30 FPS and 60 FPS.
