He's an artist and he's the epitome of the "starving artist". The world seems to be kicking the shit out of him and it's disheartening to see. He was evicted from his apartment, his plans to have a mobile art studio he could live in is in limbo, and everything he trying to work towards seems to get sidetracked by life.
Yet in spite of all that, he doesn't charge his audience to view his artwork, which I think is really noble. He believes that art is a worthwhile thing to share with the world and his Patreon only exists so he can take in kudos from the people who appreciate his work; it has nothing to do with who gets to view his work. I really respect what he's trying to do and I think that level of dedication to the medium should be rewarded. I want to help. --- "It feels like I'm always wrong." I know someone like that, but a singer. I personally don't think his music is great, but I'm sure another audience might however he chooses to only cater to his home town friends that honestly don't want to see him rise at the end of the day.
