I've had the Dying Light games on my list to play at some point for a while. If you never played the State of Decay games, those are solid too.

I fucking love 7 Days of Jank.

The Mrs. and I put like 14 days of real life play time into the far inferior PS4 version, it's a lot better on PC.

expected there to be more weapons but i guess you have to craft them? You can't find them around the world?

so am I just building everything?

are there mods that scatter weapons around the world?

No it's still jank but not as much bugs. Me and 2 friends had a blast with it for weeks, it's one of those games that you know is pretty bad but has enough of an addictive style to it that it keeps you coming back.

Find the trader and get some low level quests. It'll point you to a PoI that will have zombies and loot.

I have played on a large map as a roamer, no fixed base or buildings, etc. Just roaming and living off what I found
