Its also possible that he will be chased by Bo Katan and that would be his role in the next season. I don't see him wanting the power. Look at how easy he was trying to give it back? He has no want for ruling. Still, it might be an interesting turn, a bit like how Jon Snow doesn't want to rule but ended up doing it anyway.

I teared up so hard. Like that's growth!

I don't particularly see him as a leader of a civilization, but it's possible there could be some character growth. That is to say if Mandalorian Season 3 is even a thing. The way things ended focus might be on other characters going forward.

Bo Katan mentioned at the start of the episode that he should consider helping them retake Mandalore, so I'm guessing that will be the new storyline for the series now that the Child arc is done

If they don't end the entire series with Grogu graduating Jedi school and going back to Mando forever I'm gonna be pissed
