I feel like every time I pass by a house with an open garage door, it's just completely full of random shit and a car can't even fit in there.

So many streets in my town have full driveways and people parking in the street because they don't have room in the garage.

We have a two car garage and park both cars in it. Other than that we just have the trash/recycling bins and yard stuff (lawn mower, rakes, etc)

My garage is huge (around 700sqft), so both. We park our electric car and our truck in there, as well as use it for storage (like for general storage and our lawn tractor).

Storage

This past summer, I got a garage door opener and started parking in the garage. My car is cooler in the summer and it doesnt get snow on it in the winter. Parking in the garage makes it easier for me to bring groceries inside, too.
