They're operating on completely different power scales.
The concept of gods to the ancient Greeks still treated them in many ways like mortals. Powerful, responsible for a lot of weird shit they observed in nature, capable of mystical feats like shapechanging, etc., but capable of being hurt on a regular basis, fallible in the extreme, and constantly making mistakes. In comparison, the Christian God is like an OC who comes in with all the powers, who never makes mistakes, and even when he does fuck up it retroactively was always part of his plan.
