Current Events > I just woke up with minor cold symptoms. So quarantine it is.

Were not allowed at work if we have minor symptoms (which I dont object to at all). Got a slight headache, slightly sore throat, stuffy nose and a minor cough but I have asthma so I get tingles in my lungs from regular colds. It could of course be covid so better safe than sorry. It just still feels weird calling in sick for such minor symptoms.

On these news today they said like 1/30 people are estimated to have it currently in my town.

My first day of symptoms were very minor too. Got tested on Friday and it was positive. Hope you can recover soon

Have you recovered now?

Ive been tested 3 times before this year and they were all negative. The first time it turned out to be bacterial pneumonia however The other two times were simply the common cold. Well see in a couple days how this goes. You need to have had symptoms a few days to get tested. Thanks for the well wishes

I feel a lot better now but if your symptoms disappear in less than 24 hours you still need to stay in quarantine for another 48 hours so my job said Im welcome back on Monday if the symptoms dont come back.
