considering the controller is about $100, yeah that's relatively good deal if you really want a last-gen console. fwiw almost everything worth playing on Wii U has been ported to Switch. i'd recommend just saving up the extra money.

What all comes with it?
The console, the gamepad, the two controllers, and I'm assuming Mario Kart 8?

If it's all that, then yeah that's a good deal. If not then it's a standard price. Also, depending on what it is that you want to do with a Wii U; you may be better off just saving up the extra $100 for a Switch.
