Works great on sandwiches. Burgers, subs, most everything except grilled cheese. In that case, you need a cheese with a stronger flavor (or a milk-based product that we only call cheese because it was marketed that way).

this is board 8 so I'm sure American will win. not because we love America, but because we love voting for the worst answer in polls. brie is actually the worst choice here, but it's good on its own so board 8 will not vote for it.

the answer is of course dependent on what its paired with, but American is never the right answer unless it's grilled cheese
