Befriended then months back during quarantine after running into them in a ranked lobby and doing real well.

they were incredibly chill and mature so I stuck with them. But they had slight hints of racism and homophobia here and there. I shrugged it off cause I just wanted to play siege. Found out they were all devout Christians and are extremely against LBGTQ+

they even admitted they may seem like they lack empathy but theye Entitled to their opinions

honestly it just seems absolutely cruel.

And worst yet is that they dont seem to care what people think of it or bother seeing another perspective. Like theyre stuck on the idea that gays are sinners and need to be punished or something

Not trying to excuse their behavior... but those types have usually been indoctrinated at such an early age to hold those irrational views. Its near impossible to get them to think rationally when gays are evil! has been drilled into their heads as children.

Just be really fucking cool for the next few months and make close friendships with all of them and then be like "Guys, actually I'm gay" - that should open up some opportunities for discussion.

idiocy is usually a choice and this is no exception.
