Yeah but actors have been getting a lot of shit for various things lately. Having a male-trans actor playing a female could be problematic. The studio could be seen as bigoted for not incorporating the transition. Or even worse, rumors might start that the studio forced him to continue the female role or risk being sued for breach of contract.
