They're not about speed - Sonic is fast, so speed is the solution to the problem, but Sonic isn't about problems to be solved, they're about free flow, which isn't intrinsically linked to speed.

What is your opinion on the plot of Kingdom Hearts?

Kingdom Hearts is a metaphor for the sexual patriarchy.

Your 3 kids represent the naive boy, the older sexually awakened boy, and the girl in between them. Sora sees the girl as a friend because they are friends, but douchy mcwhitey sees Sora as a sexual competitor and is aggressive. If Sora was older he would understand this and they could fight it out like men, but the presented age difference puts it into a different context

This is reflected in the plot elsewhere, with characters such as Leon, Yuffie, Aeris being the exact same trio in their own respective events (and gender flipped).

The order of levels reflects this somewhat, but is running 2 separate plots. One reflecting Riku?'s journey (Olympus, Tarzan, Agrabah, etc) and the other reflecting Sora's journey.

All culminating in Hollow Bastion, wherein the story of Beauty and the Beast is the culmination of both toxic masculinity and aggression, but also the growth of the Beast from a dominator into a proper friend. (becoming the ideal of both Sora and Riki Bobby's journies)

Then you fight your internal demons, hit puberty and lose your heart and body into a sequel I never played

Yes I like the gaming, but I also have achievement addiction so sometimes I get stuck in games too long (like Siralim 3 currently) which I do like, but because I put so much time in I'm really wearing it out...... but only a few more achievments :V

Other than gaming I also like.... gaming (I mean, like, physical games... warhammer/monopoly/etc), and photography (I've posted a few of my pics before)

A product of the early 90s, I'd say trying to follow in the footsteps of Ren&Stimpy but there's a chance Boogerman was first... but gross-out humour was already trending at the time in general thanks to Nickelodeon.

Interesting designs on some of the bosses, but overall a poopy game

I didn't like, but then I did like it, then I played it again - thought the story was even dumber than the first time around, got to the endgame again and liked the endgame again.

Of the well balanced FFs it's pretty up there, FFX being the most balanced. Also, I like cool clean fonts and FF13 is pretty good for that.

Too bad every single character is unlikeble!

Ah

I like the pride of victory and the achievement of being the best - so when I play achievement games I don't want some idling game, I want to get something no one else has. I use sites like Astats to find what the rarest achievement are.

Other than that..,. VICTORY - I tend to find the hardest possible games so I can dominate them - while I can do this single player I also enjoy this for competitive multiplayer, but typically I don't like "team" games for this same reason.

As such I tend to avoid story (VN) or tech driven games and look for more niche stuff

A great example is "Frozen Synapse", which I still hold up as the greatest competitive 1 on 1 there is due to the mind games you have to play.

Also, you'd think with what I said that I'd like Fighting games...... yet somehow I don't

k that makes sense. I like getting rare achievements but not to go out of my way to get them.

I like a game to be hard, if first it's good. generally, the better a game is (ie: it's mechanics are), the more you can crank up the difficulty and have the game hold together. (and crappy games fall apart right away when they get a little hard.)

usually I prefer a relaxing go-at-your-own-pace game. it can be stressful at times, but should usually only be stressful if you specifically choose to go somewhere or do something dangerous. minecraft, TES games, etc.; "open-world" games tend to be this way. 4x games also. I don't really like to start a game out hard; if it's good then the difficulty can slowly be turned up as I get better at it slowly over time.
