I like the pride of victory and the achievement of being the best - so when I play achievement games I don't want some idling game, I want to get something no one else has. I use sites like Astats to find what the rarest achievement are.k that makes sense. I like getting rare achievements but not to go out of my way to get them. I like a game to be hard, if first it's good. generally, the better a game is (ie: it's mechanics are), the more you can crank up the difficulty and have the game hold together. (and crappy games fall apart right away when they get a little hard.) usually I prefer a relaxing go-at-your-own-pace game. it can be stressful at times, but should usually only be stressful if you specifically choose to go somewhere or do something dangerous. minecraft, TES games, etc.; "open-world" games tend to be this way. 4x games also. I don't really like to start a game out hard; if it's good then the difficulty can slowly be turned up as I get better at it slowly over time. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
