The Former Zeta Tau Alpha were outraged that she kept posting those messages on her tiktok and tying the sorority to it and was reprimanded for "unsisterly" conduct before the sisters voted her out instead They originally stripped her of her Risk Management Chair back in September before voting her out and said "ZTA stands for Black Lives Matter and the statement All Lives Matter goes against ZTA's belief" One member reportedly said "Zeta Tau Alpha is trying to be more inclusive and saying all lives matter' is not bein very inclusive" Barton told The Daily Caller "I took a video of some of the posters and signs there. Some random guy, i couldn't even tell you who he was or wha his name was holding a sign that said all lives matter, maga and it really spoke to me that we should be saying the same thing" Barton says "It's pretty clear that i do suport black lives. And i don't understand how the sorority cannot say that the word 'all' includes everyone". I wasn't joining the sorority to be a supporter of BLM. I joined for philanthropy, which was breast cancer education and awareness and to work alongside sisters that would be open to all. All Lives Matter means we all matter and people need to understand that Black lives aren't above all lives. You are diminishing other lives by saying only black lives matter" But Barton isn't sad as she got another gig...this time with TURNING POINT USA as the school's chapter president.
