You always have to say "Uno" when you only have one card left. There's no rule about saying "Uno Out" after you play that last card

You have to say Uno when you get down to one card, otherwise you have to draw. But you don't have to say a phrase when you play your last card, because that means you won and the game is over...

I believe you're supposed to say "uno" when you have one card left, but I know nothing about having to say uno/uno out when you actually play your last card

i thought you say UNO when you play your second-to-last card and will only have one left. if someone says it first, you draw cards.
