The Kremlin has stated that their supreme leader, Vladimir Putin WILL NOT take Russia's "safe" COVID-19 vaccine because it's UNCERTIFIED and SCARED despite already it being deemed safe and being passed along to his citizens, even his DAUGHTER!!

Last month they already developed a second vaccine caleld EpiVacCarona and then registered its first vaccine in August, the Sputnik V

He said "We have not yet begun widespread vaccination and the head of state can't take part in vaccination as a volunteer. It's impossible"

They registered a 2nd vaccine in October in a bid to be the first in a global race heating up to produce an effective vaccine to combat the pandemic that has now killed more than 1.4 million people

He said they placed manufacturing agreements in place with China and India and encouraged Brazil and South Africa to mass produce these vaccines.

The Sputnik V was the world's "first" covid-19 vaccine with 95% effective rate as the 2 dose vaccine would be available on the international market or less than 10 euros per dose and free for Russians

Pharma giants Pfizer and BioNTech announced their vaccine is 95 vaccine effective while Moderna said it was 94.5 effective and if approved by the FDA, it can be rolled out right away by December 11 and have MOST americans be vaccinated by APRIL/MAY

Vaccines generally take years before they are proven effective and widespread use but the world is losing its patience with mask wearing and social distancing and strict rules as Trump initated Operation Warp Speed to have these vaccines distributed as soon as possible.

Dr. Anthony Fauci promised the american public that he would not approve a vaccine if it is not safe based on the data amid skepticism

Pfizer has already said that this can ONLY work if 70% of the population is vaccinated
