So mandatory jail or whats the solution iyo? I dont see your complaint. Offering a fee is better than jail , getting pissed about that is like blaring linkin park and screaming yourself hoarse that the world isnt perfect for everyone. Maybe not being able to handle things as simple as legally parking is why those people are poor.

Court costs and fines for poor people get tossed out or waived constantly. Or they can do community service. If you cant afford a parking ticket, you got bigger problems, get your shit together. Wonder if they have money for beer or weed though.
