If you hit it at high percent though wouldn't you have enough time to up b out of shield? Almost seems optimal to me

how come people don't use the miis all that much? i get they're not amazing characters, but people do come up with interesting miis and it's not like they're horrible characters either

i like seeing how creative people can make their miis lol

mii brawler is pretty accepted as a general high-tier nowadays, while the others are kind of whatever with sword being pretty average and gunner being better

i hate fighting them online because there's no way to know what their moveset is until you've died to a counter or a reflect

Miis have a stigma attached to them so most people don't bother with them. But it seems like at least brawler is decent enough.

if i was perfectly spaced with the down smash, im not in range to hit the up b, but that;s a good idea if im close. usually online i dont have that reaction time though

My bad lol. Just saw your message right now. I don't think Lucario smash attacks can be absorbed by bucket but his side special and aura sphere can.

Yeah that was kinda dumb. I was 2 stock behind and couldn't kill game and watch at almost 200% with low aura.

That just reminded me about last night. Hannibal was using Lucario and I was trying to do stuff from platforms with Wario but would just get hit with flyby uairs. The juggles worked well, but Im no Wario expert. I was eventually saying to myself stop spamming uairs, I want to spam uairs. Felt like I was failing a lot by not trying to do the same tactic.

Ggs, I just wanted to try to beat ant. I agree you didn't play your best which just makes me feel worse lol. I could be wrong but I think it's mostly your spacing that is just really good compared to ours. Sometimes it feels like we're doing okay but when you misspace anything against G&W above around 80% (70% for Puff) you can just die to down smash. Playing around up b is really hard too.

you learn spacing by grinding elite and fighting wifi warrior samuses at 4am

the best way to learn how to space is to fight the lamest characters over and over

i also generally memorize frame data for most characters like wolf and other popular characters and i play puff enough to do how she plays and how to parry ome moves

might do some more in a bit actually
