Ok I spelled it out clear so here it is. As a employee of a government agency she was punished by said government over her hate speech which means the government ebtity who terminated her did not afford her protections.

The only way this applies is police are government agencies paid by taxes. So being fired would be protected under the First Amendment due to speech. She probably waived that right after not doubling down on the racism by claiming it wasn't racist therefore would lose any civil lawsuit.

So @BlackScythe0 until you make this behavior illegal your just condoning the problem. Thats why the constitution is becoming rapidly worthless is they try to preserve the document rather than treat it as a living document as the years go by. So again racism is bad and should be illegal not be bad and only get punished if your not in a protected by position (better example trump)

She was not fined or jailed, her rights were not violated. The constitution is not going to become "worthless" because racists get fired. I thought conservatives had issues with right to work laws anyways.

Wow sorry for the trigger however you like to put it but yes a few of those sited cases have a problems is that each case is unique and a judge doesn't have to side with precedent. If anything she is gonna get a nice severance package that pays her off.
