Thats why the constitution is becoming rapidly worthless is they try to preserve the document rather than treat it as a living document as the years go by. So again racism is bad and should be illegal not be bad and only get punished if your not in a protected by position (better example trump)

She was not fined or jailed, her rights were not violated. The constitution is not going to become "worthless" because racists get fired. I thought conservatives had issues with right to work laws anyways.
