Boeing has supposedly fixed it and the faa plans to approve it for passenger use but i think its too soon and i personally will wait at least a year before I travel on one, check your tickets to see what plane will be used and decide for yourself

I mean what are you supposed to do if your ticket says it's a 737 MAX. I don't think that's a viable reason for a full refund, and then that's probably what they're going to be using for that route so like... what options do you have lol.

AFAIK it was a dumb sensor technology that was disabled on civilian variants but worked fine on military variants so I don't know why they wouldn't have been able to fix it in this timeframe.

i was just reading they rewrote the entire software package is why it took so long

you may not be able to get a refund but you can change flights any time

If i need to get somewhere and that is what plane pulls up then yeah.

Would you drive a car in rush hour traffic? Pretty much exponentially greater chances of dying.
