Sadly your average voter does not give a fuck about either of those, because it requires a bit more complexity and critical thinking than a three word slogan. Which is yet another reason why Democrats lose.

You guys aren't going to win this argument by debating a strawman. Republicans are fine with socialist policies as long as they are promulgated by Republicans and are carefully named and discussed in a way that they don't appear socialist. The best example of this is how they call something that ordinarily would be called "universal basic income" or a "handout" by the term of a "refundable tax credit."

If you want more socialist policies, you are going to need to work with the Donald Trump wing of the Republican Party. Not the John Kasich, Marco Rubio, Jeb Bush wing, who will oppose all socialist policies regardless of what you call them, and not the Joe Biden/Hillary Clinton wing of the Democratic Party, who will also oppose all such policies regardless of what you call them. Joe Biden just won an election by expressly disavowing socialism, and he has a mandate against it.

Georgia at least did the right thing in the presidential race. Senate races are rough for whichever party has the presidency in the years after the election. Illinois and Massachusetts both voted republicans into the senate after 2008, so I'm not really going to blame Georgia for the inevitable disappointment in the senate.

Allegheny absentee ballots have been going consistently about 80-20 for Biden. Doubt this batch will differ much from the trend.

I think the lawsuit is from a state senate candidate who is in a very close race (30 votes behind).

So, I think there's a good chance the PA Supreme Court reverses this. They've already shown they don't really care about the literal wording of PA law. But unlike with the presidential election, where we have that Bush v. Gore ruling that the state legislature's power to set the rules of the election comes from the federal constitution rather than state law, I don't think there's any such law regarding state elections.

That would be impossible, because Trump hadn't yet had time to present his case of fraud yet. And many lawsuits are still pending now, so Mittens' statement looks premature to me, unless he is giving his opinion on the plausibility of all the affidavits they submitted.

There's no reason to continue pretending Trump is good after 2020. There's no chance he will continue in politics or run in 2024.
