Wait wtf lul they're actually open to guys that can sing like girls too? I'm actually a pretty deece singer and can sing high. I dunno if they're talking voice modulators as it's difficult to talk normally as a female per se, but I have like countertenor skills with falsetto and can go higher than some of the girls without.

I doubt that'll be enough tho cuz my normal voice is pretty deep lmao

There are a few Holostars that specialized in higher pitched singing. Sadly 1 of them retired recently. Kaoru I believe had a pretty damn deep voice despite his looks

But yeah... you'd have to be something pretty unique to pull it off as a career. Tomari comes to mind, but she spent like 2 years training her voice to sound more natural with some voice modulation and don't actually sing that often.

Sounds like it's less a new generation, and more people just for singing from what I'm reading/saw on the reddit. Still pretty interesting though and anything "EN additional" happening much earlier than I thought it would. Or maybe it is a full generation, just hope they have the proper support for it as definitely something they've struggled with.

Kiara says it's not exactly Gen 2 Hololive EN, so I'm assuming it'll be something like GAMERS where it's more of an in-between gen with more focus on singing. I assume it's gonna sort of be like GAMERS in the end where it's basically indistinct from just another gen after a while.

Suisei just hit 600k during her tetris til 600k stream. Got an immediate line from her mom saying congrats lmao. She's truly come so far from her being discovered some time last year while she was <100k to where she is now.

As for a singing branch of Hololive EN, will that even be popular? It breaks the mold but I can't see that branch getting the 20k-60k views the current gen has live, but archives may do well.

Yeah, I dunno how well it will do as a big draw to their music is the current ones are someone people "know". Calli certainly has past experience with making music that did well, hit global sales with her current stuff and Kiara's song has done well so it's certainly possible for new budding musicians to do well. The vast majority don't though, so seems a big gamble to hope they can strike again rather than foster the talent they've already got as they've got three decent talents. (I've no idea what Ame and Ina are like with singing unfortunately)

Also, Moona and Pekora are finally having a proper full on collab at last, rather than just stumbling into one another and chatting via text on minecraft.

Haachama actually made something that looks palatable can be considered a taco of sorts, but unfortunately, is still too risky to eat (she didn't wash them gloves the entire stream, also it had no seasonings and flat out admitted to cooking without seasonings). Also, she flat out ignored or rejected Moona's advice to use salt, pepper, and oil (it's seems no one will ever get her to use oil), but she did use water.

I seem to be in the minority that likes Anya's design, hopefully she has a decent personality.

Oh yeah that's an old collab. Suisei's been doing a monthly sponsored Vanguard Zero stream and got a ton of ppl into it despite not playing it much herself. I've not played in a long ass time, loading it back up just for her -_-.

Miko is gonna get her card too. It's really easy to get 4 copies of Suisei, the only chase being SP or animated versions of the card.

Sad thing about Vanguard Zero is that it's a lot more trigger reliant than the regular game, which makes the game feel super RNG

Yeah, FBK and a bunch of others from hololive were in an Azur Lane crossover. Some of them are also in the upcoming Neptunia game as well IIRC.

Suisei collab is live on Vanguard Zero. You do need to play through the story til about rank 20, which is not a quick process. But most dedicated players will reach it in a day or 2, also providing they skip all the story bits >.>. I kinda wish they adapted the original, but they do this awkward thing where the show segments have the reboot cards and the in-game duels are still the pre-reboot cards

Also getting an SP Suisei is a 0.01% chance. You might think it's absurd, but you get about 400-500 Suiseis a day lmfao. It's just so fucking beautiful though so I guess I'm gonna have to periodically check this game for the next 12 days
